As we are a business in the food service industry that primarily deals in edible food products, we do not provide any options to return products purchased from our business outlets once they are delivered.

As we are a business in the food service industry that primarily deals in edible food products, we do not provide any options for refund as we are not able to take back food products that have been delivered.

 

In the unlikely event that you’re displeased with the products and services provided, we will explore a replacement of the same product or service provided that the reasons are genuine, reported along with evidence, and proven after our investigation. The decision to resend the product(s) will be at the sole discretion of the company and will be considered on a case by case basis. In case it is decided to resend the product(s), the products will be resent within a week of a conclusive investigation of the reported issue.

As most of our meals are prepared after the orders are received, we are only able to cancel an order that has been placed by a customer if the meal preparation involved in the order has not started. The cancellation will be at the discretion of the company and will be considered on a case by case basis. In case a cancellation is accepted, the refund of the amount will be initiated to the customer within 7 days of accepting the refund request, as per below process:

 

  • If payment for the order was done by Credit Card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase.

  • If payment for the order was done by Debit Card, refunds will be issued to the original debit card provided at the time of purchase.

  • If payment for the order was done by Cash, refunds will be issued to the specific individual who made the payment at the time of purchase.

  • In case of any other payment modes, refunds will be made to the same account from which payment was done at the time of purchase.
